Are you a motivated individual with a passion for real estate and a knack for finding great deals? RE Solvers is a fast-growing real estate investment firm and we're looking for a skilled bird dog to join our team and help us acquire properties for our growing portfolio.

As a bird dog, you'll be responsible for identifying properties that meet our investment criteria, networking with homeowners, real estate agents, and other industry professionals, and gathering information on the properties you find. In addition, you'll be tasked with knocking on doors to confirm interest with homeowners and building a relationship with them, in order to facilitate the acquisition process.

At RE Solvers, we pride ourselves on our ability to help homeowners solve their real estate problems and we're always looking for new properties to add to our portfolio. We focus on both residential and commercial properties and we're looking for a bird dog that can help us find properties that fit our criteria.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-starter who is able to work independently. You should also be outgoing and able to build relationships easily, as networking is a crucial aspect of this job. Additionally, a good knowledge of local real estate markets and trends is important, so you can identify properties that are likely to meet our investment criteria.

We offer a competitive referral fee of $2,500 for every property that you help us acquire. Plus, if you're able to knock on the door of the property and confirm interest with the homeowner, we'll pay you an additional $2,500 and an extra $500 if you are able to get the owner's contact information.
